Hidden abuse are abuses you cannot see externally, they are mental abuse, verbal abuse, emotional abuse, financial abuse, sexual abuse, spiritual abuse. Experiencing any of these abuses causes deep trauma, and often deep shame. This group is a place of education, support and freedom for those who are ready to take the painful but freeing journey of healing. Group is currently being offered both in-person and Zoom.
